Ningbo Younth Electric Appliance Co., Ltd. was founded in 2004 as a professional manufacturer of electric water kettles, rechargeable vacuum cleaners, and other small household electrical appliances, with over ten years of design and manufacturing experience. Our factory is located in Ningbo, Zhejiang, adjacent to the Hangzhou–Ningbo Expressway, offering convenient transportation: it takes only 40 minutes to Ningbo Airport and one hour to Ningbo Seaport.
The factory covers an area of more than 30,000 square meters and consists of two separate production zones. It is equipped with various specialized manufacturing machinery, including injection molding machines, semi‑automatic production lines, and digital metal punching equipment. Our factory possesses strong technical capabilities, featuring three independent R&D departments. In addition, our Hong Kong head office maintains an excellent overseas design and engineering team, providing technical support to the factory and delivering better service to our valued customers. With a professional R&D team, advanced design concepts, and robust R&D capabilities, we have established a solid foundation for the company's development.
Our factory holds ISO9001 quality management system certification, complies with the ISO14001 environmental management system standard, has passed the BSCI social responsibility audit, and meets various specialized quality system audits required by international buyers. We have implemented a strict quality control system that covers the entire production process, from material sourcing to finished product packaging and inspection. This system ensures consistent product quality.
Additionally, our factory operates a professional laboratory equipped with multiple testing instruments, such as electric kettle automatic life‑testing equipment and vacuum cleaner comprehensive testers. These devices are widely used in product design, assembly, and testing to guarantee the safety and reliability of our products. All products conform to GS, CE, CB, RoHS, and other relevant standards.
